Pebbles Digital Media, Inc. has developed a portfolio of proprietary technology that exhibits valuable technological leadership for digital displays, enabling companies to execute campaigns that are interactive and data driven. The system can also link today’s most advanced network of billboards and digital displays with capabilities to integrate today’s most prevalent channels of mobile, web, and social networks.

Chairman and CEO    

Dick Ferdinand brings a wealth of experience to Pebbles Digital Media, Inc. with a background in building new businesses in the military, financial services, and technology markets. During the mid-1990s, Dick was Managing Director at Gruntal & Co., where he led an initiative to establish Gruntal as a market leader in investment banking for technology markets, including fiber optics and emerging Internet businesses.

Prior to Gruntal, Dick worked at Broadcom, Inc., where he assembled a team of senior military officials, including members of NATO and the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, to assist in the development of military and intelligence applications. While at Merrill Lynch, Dick launched the International Arbitrage Group and later created new revenue-generating products that were adopted by Merrill Lynch International Bank.

Dick began his career in the U.S. military as a specialist in chemical, nuclear, and biological warfare in the 1960s. He currently serves as an advisor and private investor for various technology companies.

Bud Shea has over 24 years of experience in business development and marketing strategies at Fortune 500 companies and select European companies. He is highly proficient in procuring information to improve corporate strategy and create new opportunities and profit centers. His clients include News Corporation, Times Mirror, Rodale Press, Quad/Graphics, EarthLink, Feld Entertainment, HSM Group, and Grupo Prisa. With a range of experience in directing multimillion-dollar projects, Bud has proven to be an effective planner and manager, interacting with a wide range of personnel – from senior executives to technical developers.

As a marketer, Bud has been recognized for his achievements with a Folio Gold award for Consumer Direct Marketing excellence, and Folio Magazine features in June 2006 and February 2008 (Publishers Merging Database Silos). Bud has also been a guest speaker at the U.S. Postal Conference Applying Today’s Target Marketing Practices and was chairman of two user groups for the largest North American subscription fulfillment service providers.

Director of Technology  

Patrick has comprehensive knowledge and application experience in software and hardware networking (from the first layer and administration). His DBMS experience and architect includes work within the financial markets (dealing with financial trading and tracking systems).​​
